The Penang Peranakan

The Peranakan or Baba Nyonya are unique to Penang and Malacca, a cross of the Chinese and Malay cultures have given birth to this unique culture and a delightful variety of food. This photoshoot was specially arranged to celebrate the Georgetown Heritage Day and is a unique opportunity to recreate and capture this culture in time.
