This event is done and over with, though it was a very nice and enjoyable one. Too bad it’s not happening in Penang again, I do hope someone will bring it back again in the future. I like shooting stage performances for a few reasons, first of the performance is interesting, the lights are colorful and vibrant, and of course if the stage is well decorated that would be a plus. It’s all about capturing the atmosphere and emotions of the performers, the performance itself and of course the audience.
This is one of my favorite collections, I did not have any fancy L lens or speedlite back then, and was actually still quite fresh in photography at the time, but hey I think I did a pretty darn good job, do tell me if you think otherwise.
