International Lion Dance on Stilts Competition

I never really fancied lion dance when I was a kid, but find them quite entertaining recently, maybe it’s cause I’ve grown to appreciate their acrobatic skills. Penangites were lucky to bear witness to the International Lion Dance on Stilts Competition that was held two weeks ago at the Komtar Geodesic Dome. The best part? Free entry!

Here are some shots from the competition, unfortunately I did not stay for the whole two sessions and only managed to capture a few teams only.
